Cannot say enough good things about Flax Dental! Dr. Hugh, Edi, and the rest of the staff are so kind, personable, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to make sure your experience at their office is always top tier! Dr. Hugh is just fantastic at what he does - he's even written & published his own dental book that he gives to patients for free! I will be starting Invisalign & Whitening treatment with them soon and cannot wait :) 10/10 recommend !

I had a great experience at Dr flax's office today, the staff went above and beyond to take care of me. I did alive star review earlier today as how my appointment mishap happened, but the staff turned it around and I recieved a great service free of charge. I am looking forward to going back and finishing my treatment.

Today January 22nd 2026, I had an appointment with Dr Flax, for some reason we got our days mixed up and Dr Flax was not in the office, but the Staff turned things around, I was greeted by Jane, then by the office manager Edie, she took me in her office and asked me what my goals with my teeth were, and after asking me some questions, I felt like I knew her for like, I started showing her pics of son and sharing my life stories with her, then she took me to meet Amy, the dental assistant, she scanned my whole mouth and teeth for doctor Flax to evaluate and he gets in. And at the end Jane gave me the most amazing gift set, of goat milk soap and body scrub and body lotion and bee balm for skin, lip and hair by Shamrock Knoll, i got my parking ticket equated. And all because of a schadule mishap. I can not tell you these 3 ladies make me feel, I really appreciate them. I am a buisiness owner myself and I recommend this dental facility 100%, my next appointment is on Febuary 17th at 11, I can not wait to go there again.

Doc. Flax is hands down the best. His attention to detail and care for his clients is unsurpassed. I always feel so taken care of with his entire staff. Having a knowledgeable Dentist (who is a perfectionist) is one of the most important things you can have if you want a beautiful smile!! 😀 I wouldn’t trust any other dentist!

I have been going to Dr. Flax for a little over a year now. He did an amazing job replacing my 2 front teeth damaged in my younger years with veneers a year ago. He wasn’t happy with the first set of veneers that came back from labs, and since they were not up to his standards and he knew how important this was to me, he re-did my temporaries and had the lab correct the veneers free of cost! His team does an amazing job of making sure their patients are comfortable and satisfied when leaving the office, I could not recommend Flax Dental more.

I had an excellent experience at Flax Dental Office for my cleaning. Jane at the front desk was welcoming and pleasant, making me feel at ease right away. Maya, the dental hygienist, was incredibly professional and conducted the best cleaning I've ever had. Dr. Hugh also stopped by to check in with me, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this office for their exceptional service and friendly staff!"

I never thought I would be able to go back to the dentist until I was referred to Dr. Flax and his allstar team. I have incredible anxiety snd trauma from past dentists and when I go here, it doesn’t even feel like I’m at the dentist. Starting with the great customer service, relaxing and beautiful atmosphere in the lobby, to the warm neck pillow and hand towels, I feel like I’m at the spa! Dr. Flax is such a great guy aside from being a great dentist. He makes you feel right at home and is passionate about making sure you have something to smile about by the end of your appointment. His staff is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, but more importantly they work as a team and it shows. Edi, Jane, Maya, Amy, and Miranda are all such dolls that I enjoy getting to see again. Flax Dental isn’t just a business, it’s a family.

I have been coming to Dr Flax for 35 years and refuse to go anywhere else. His staff is amazing, his dental hygienists are the absolute best. Maya was amazing, gentle, thorough and did a phenomenal job. Zero judgement and top notch care. Dr Flax consistently delivers the best care weather it be a simple cleaning or more cosmetic related. He is meticulous just like his employees. I refer everyone here. He's never allowed to retire and I will be coming here when he has a walker and hearing aids.

This is a dentists office like none other! Small and peaceful. I never have to wait long in the lovely waiting area. I always see the same wonderful hygienist, Faith, who is so patient and gentle. Dr Flax is a fantastic doctor. I know my teeth are in good hands! I don’t fear going in for cleanings anymore!
